Does Go To Nations have a field experience for potential missionaries to partake in?

Timothy Internship Program – One of the 3 components of Go To Nations’ Equipping Track for new missionaries, a field internship lasting 10 1/2 weeks. It is designed to intentionally build solid and whole missionaries who carry the DNA of GTN; who are passionate about the harvest, committed to their team, and prays faithfully. They are knowledgeable in the core components of reaching the remaining unreached, who are the poorest of the poor.

Module topics include:

  • Validation of calling and ministry planning
  • Various aspects of building team
  • Leadership
  • Cultural immersion
  • Language acquisition
  • Strategic prayer
  • Understanding the role of the church and Church Planting Movements
  • Development work (i.e. – water, aquaponics, solar power, agriculture)
  • Children’s ministry
  • Relief and medical care
  • Health and prevention

This field internship is offered in three different locations: Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso; Peten, Guatemala; Iloilo, Philippines.
