Q »

How is my church involved with me becoming a missionary?

A »

Jesus gave the Great Commission to the church. Therefore, the church is the seedbed where missionaries come from. The church has the responsibility of discipling the missionary candidate and providing ministry experience. Also in training and equipping them in ministry within the local church, providing counseling and healing in areas of brokenness, and in evaluating and validating their calling. The church has to send out the missionary and provide the spiritual covering for the missionary.

Go To Nations works in partnership with the local church to evaluate a missionary candidate’s calling, to equip them for long-term success and to oversee their ministry and well-being once they leave their home church to work in the nations.
