How does someone join Go To Nations?

A »

In order to become a missionary with GTN:

  • Attend a 6-day training course and interviews at Go To Nations’ world headquarters
  • Receive a confirmation from the Go To Nations leadership regarding the candidate’s preparedness and calling
  • Receive strong recommendations, including a pastoral recommendation from the candidate’s home church
  • A clean FBI nationwide background check
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a minimum of one year of church service
  • Be willing to continue with Go To Nations’ 10 1/2 week Timothy Internship Program
  • Willing to continue on a 1-2 year field apprenticeship.

Veteran missionaries who join Go To Nations from another organization are required to only go through a modified apprenticeship in order to build relationships with other Go To Nations missionaries in the region, and to become better acquainted with the DNA and practices of GTN.
